Students should come to class with their own intention, and be ready for a quiet, introspective, yin-style flow. Yin yoga is considered to be "the other half" of the yoga practice, as it offers deeper tissue stretching through longer holds in restorative postures. Intentions can derive from any part of your life, and can be anything from "I want to relax" to "I need anxiety relief" to "I need to check in with myself."
Upon arrival, you will receive eye pillows, a customized herbal blend based on your intention for class that day, and your own bag. Vaping is always optional. Class will begin in savasana with a body scan meditation, and move towards a floor based flow (with limited standing postures), working towards a peak pose. Class will end with a partially guided meditation.
After class offerings will include a detox shot, herbal tea, and a mini oil blend to go!
